truth dare
a truth dare is where you would dare someone to do something that you do not believe that they have done before. if they have then the dare-er receives two immediate dares, if the dare-ee declines or is unable to they must do something that they can do (within some reason).
lynn: i truth dare you to stick a paper clip in the electrical socket.
eugene: nope not going to do it.
lynn: you know the rule, i want you to strip for me.
eugene: fine by the rules of the truth dare i will strip for you.
