a tw-t is a daragatory reference to a womans privates, her v-g-n-,it is also used to define a pregnant goldfish.
the general public usually use this term ‘tw-t’ when frustrated with another human being (or species) and want to vent there anger towards them by insulting them with such word.
however when you are a ‘tw-t artist’ you are a person that is so beyond a tw-t they make it an art.
