basically a little time zone at the university of toronto, where if something says it starts at a certain time, it -actually- starts 10 minutes later.
– timetable says cl-ss starts at 10:00am. it -really- starts at 10:10am. (i.e., it starts at 10:10am in uoft time)
– event starts 7:00pm. consider yourself early if you show up before 7:10pm.
