something or someone that is worthless, discarded, useless and or all of the above, but dresses and acts cl-ssier or more “upscale”
someone of zero cl-ss or moral standards yet has an arrogant sense of ent-tlement about them
she still looks trashy, but a more upgraded trashy if you will.
