someone who, under the illusion that he/she is an a-list celebrity, walks around wearing the latest, (yet mismatched) designer clothes in an extremely sn-bby and pretentious manner.
usually found in metropolitan business districts in most countries around the world.
(in a starbucks in manhattan) just look at all these urban sillies with their polo shirts popped up at the collar and huge sungl-sses!
