the v-g-n-rchy is the complex system of female beauty. beautiful women are at the top of the v-g-n-rchy, while ugly women are at the bottom. the v-g-n-rchy can range from local, such as in a school or grade, or national/international, such as in the media or concerning celebrities. any female knows that being in the v-g-n-rchy sucks. it is destructive in nature – rejecting the system would be tantamount to social suicide, while rising to the top means accepting beliefs that are damaging and quite frankly, stupid. either way, being a member of the v-g-n-rchy sucks.
the stereotypical cheerleader is considered to be at the top of the v-g-n-rchy – in tween movies, anyways.
