an intentionally vague or ambiguous comment posted in response to a facebook status or wall post. may be intended to protect the privacy of the persons but still express concern and empathy. may also be meant to comment on a situation that you don’t want others to fully understand.
example: vaguebook status post: “in chicago for a family thing.” vaguement posted in response: “hang in there – hope you and the family are all right.”
