a person who is seen as really cool/ likeable; a “handsome devil” if you will. vanilla- derived from the english streeet term for one of the caucasian race. sugar- thought of to be sweet and addictive. vanilla sugar can be a t-tle, verb or simple adjective. also referred to as v-sugs.
