Verbal Urine

a phrase used to describe something that is not complete “bullsh-t” but is not fact either.
an example of this can be seen when two people are debating and one of the debaters is clearly spewing out facts that he or she is making up. in this case, the debater’s remarks are not necessarily untrue, but he or she is not sure if what they are saying is actually factual; he or she is -ssuming what they are saying is true. the “facts” that the debater claims to be true can be referred to as verbal urine.
