waitmonger
adj. a person who makes you wait either for a long time, or repeatedly. from the word ‘hatemonger’ but instead of arousing hate, this person creates wait periods. typically, a drug dealer is a waitmonger. even better, doctors are waitmongers (but they’re pretty much drug dealers too, innit?)
