weltdowns
a combination of meltdown and welts, this is a wicked number of incidents combined with a low-level severity of pain -ssociated with each incident. it is not life threatening, but it can ruin your day and keeps stress at a level that is neither fun nor sustainable.

yeah, but the number of weltdowns in the office that we came back to on monday almost didn’t make it worthwhile. i couldn’t get my head above water for even a few minutes during my shift.
