wibci is a general term to describe a form of personal ineptness; a person with a general disinterest in comprehension of technical matters related to a subject or technology. a general aversion to understanding technical challenges and obstacles. a friend who always is coming up with “great” ideas for you to “do” but never offers any real creative or productive input.
