Year Long Asthmatic
someone who has an annoyingly stuffed nose for the entire year, and makes it disgusting to be near them.
they frequently blow their noses, yet they never, ever, get better.
paul: “ugh, i don’t want to sit next to fran, she’s a year long asthmatic.”
