you drive around in a car and roll the window down. when you drive by someone on the street you yell something at them such as, “hey b-tt head” or “hey dummy, get inside” this is a much more proper form of insulting someone, rather thatn being too vulgur.
“hey, let’s go drive around town and try yelling at b-tts!”
