youthacabra is a hispanic teen or young adult who vandalizes or tags property maliciously, often for no reason. typically a by-product of a broken home or bad parenting, they are common to the southwest. specifically, they are found in the ghetto or working cl-ss areas of vegas, phoenix, tucson or los angeles.
i just saw a youthacabra in the alley tagging walls again. get my shotgun, quick.
