zerofusion
a situation when one is unable or fails to figure out whether a label or code contains the numeral zero or the letter “o.”
am i a victim of zerofusion? i get frustrated when a requested barcode or isbn i sent to the other party isn’t accepted, which makes me wonder whether i had misread the number 0 for the letter o, or vice versa.
