to take a simple problem, with a simple solution and through a combination of penny-any amateur machiavellian machinations and ignorance convolute it so that no solution is ever possible. meanwhile obstructing every informed attempt to correct the original problem. even better if you then spend an incredible amount of time blaming everyone else and covering your obvious screw-ups.
all they had to do was turn on a simple firewall, but it managed to zurwell it so badly the office printer caught fire. they blame housekeeping.
