小日本
1. a form of insult against j-panese people mostly due to the various atrocities committed in wwii. this, along with a few others, form of insult generally sprang up when j-pan tries to downplay its role in wwii.
2. a personification of the phrase under the name as an attempt to downplay/weaken the aforementioned insult as a way to saturate google image with said character. while 小日本 is not as popular as the more well known 日本鬼子
小日本 literally means little/puny j-panese (something to do with their average height back in wwii era)
