11:04
basically the best time in the world. has some sort of inexplicable relationship to marching band. for some reason it has everything to do with celebration. if one is in a large group and they notice it is 11:04 they must yell that in a semi loud voice to alert everyone of the time and for that one minute everyone celebrates. when it shows up for one second on a timer counting down, one must celebrate for that one second.
“woah its 11:04!” said jason
“everyone party!!!” exclaimed everyone else in perfect unison
