current generation of 30 and 40 something’s who embrace ideals of past generations(boomers) and current gen y & z’ers to combine all generations in beliefs and technological resources. adaptors believe in hard work, honesty, joy. adaptors have full technological understanding in using the internet, computers, smart devices etc. adaptors are the best generation
adaptation generation -ers would be tending to ch-r-s around the house, while their mp3 player blasts the beatles music, as they quickly grab their tablet to check out that recipe they are going to make for dinner. during which they responding to a work email- finishing business and wishing the boss a nice weekend off.
