the moment after a waiter/waitress suggests a dish that doesnt interest your pallet at all. its very hard to reject the waiters suggestion but you know that you wont like what they are complimenting so you say you will think about but. an easy way to get out of this is to makeup a fake food allergy.
the waiter:”the mushroom burger is excellent here”
you:”uhhh,yeah im allergic to mushrooms so …yeah”
