Affluephobia
excessive fear, envy, or suspicion of wealth and the power of wealthy people.
the word averice fails to define the rising suspicion and mistrust aimed at wealth and the wealthy; that such wealth in few hands is unfair to others lacking wealth; that some means of taking wealth from the wealthy, through taxing or some other means of redistribution, is a reasonable, rational, solution to societies woes. a succinct word, such as affluephobia, would be appropriate.
