a person with a black background who has built a strong personality and has accomplished great success against all odds; usually followed by fame and fortune. somewhat not normal in that they have stepped over any barriers and overcome any limiting behaviour.
combine the words africa and eccentric but just the opposite.
she is afroccentric.
