the act of strumming ones fingers in the air when a b-ss guitar or standup b-ss is not provided. the air b-ss is used in the middle of cl-ss or anytime you feel life needs a b-ss line. it is related to the air guitar of the air drums. it is also compatible with sounds of the mouth such as boom b-m b-m boum babamba b-m or b-ss b-ss b-ss b-ss.
