when someone’s head/skull is literally filled with inches of skull, and no brain is contained within that skull. hence, the person’s head is “all bone, no brain.”
synonymous to: stupid, idiotic, not intelligent, dumb, thoughtless, ridiculous, childish, adolescent, reema, unintelligent, etc.
