a delaying / distancing / diversionary tactic used by yanks, esp in business: – responding to enquiries with an answer which feels detailed and packed with jazzy terminology but on closer inspection is non-committal and vague to the point of containing no actual information
office brit: “what does this mean, ‘we’ll be sharing the capture actionables for delivery in the foreseeable, dependent on inputs of unforeseen challenges to play.’ what does it mean?”
