a sociopolitical movement beginning shortly after the 2016 u.s. presidential election — inspired by a feeling of moral outrage and ideological abandonment — galvanized by millennial disillusionment of inclusiveness and morality in american society considering the election of a candidate who behaved as donald trump did while campaigning and sustained by the belief that his presidency signals and confirms the death of comp-ssion-based, social suffering-minimizing, liberal progressivism.
