term used almost exclusively in manchester (uk) to describe “a fellacious woman (c.f. chickenhead), and/or one who persistantly engages in (typically unprotected), sodomy in clubs in exchange for narcotics. origin of the term is uncertain yet has become increasingly popular among mancunian clubbers since 2004.
