a character or (heaven forbid) person who, despite attracting and/or surrounding themselves with people (usually physically and socially attractive) who are either overly sensual or always seem to find themselves in less that innocent situations, want nothing to do with or are scared/disgusted with(of) s-x or intimate actions with said persons (or anyone else for that matter), regardless of their feelings toward them.
