abbreviation for ‘actually quite good’. believed to have started on twitter to convey approval of something that is actually quite good. preferred by those who don’t wish to appear too excitable. a more polite alternative to omfg and more and civilised than orsm. sometimes mistakenly used as ‘all quite good’.
