armchair boss
any boss, director, supervisor, or authority figure who attempts to exert direction in a place of business from their home. also known as, “working from home”. this can be done from a number of places including a park, post office, bookstore, or their own home from a blackberry, laptop, or computer. this person usually has no idea how the real world functions and has consultants guiding them through every word of their direction.
