a sneaky piece of sh-t; trash. someone who belongs to the lower cl-ss and often exhibits obnoxious, asinine behavior.
1.) bill: “hey, did you hear that tom isn’t paying his child support?”
bob: “yeah, he’s such an -ss-rattler!”
2.) john: “don’t go into town!”
george: “why?”
john: “the -ss-rattlers are gathering there tonight.”
