it has several meanings and can be used in many different context.
1. of, relating to, or resembling a complete -ss.
2. lacking intelligence or reason for saying or doing something so idiotic that doesn’t require a response.
3. absurd, foolish, ridiculous.
4. an off the wall comment.
-ss-er-ninely: adverb
-ss-erninity: noun
ex: when one is sitting at the bar with their man and lady another person just sits there from across the bar or restaurant and just stare at you. (-ssernine).
when someone says something that’s just utterly insane that it’s not worth a response…….that’s -ssernine.
