a leadership position obtained by force or marked by flagrant -sshole behavior and blatant disregard for facts, advice, or common courtesy. an -ssholership is a dictator-like position where all reasoning is attributed to “my way or the highway” or “because i said so”.
this new boss just ignored everything i had to say about the new project – he’s running a total -ssholership up there.
