similar to b-tt cheeks, but formed with your b-llsack. this word describes the shape your b-llsack makes when both b-lls are perfectly aligned to create a “b-tt cheek” shape, except this is with your b-lls, so they are called ball cheeks. could also be used as an adjective to describe something that is bad (an insult). -similar to -ss cheeks or cheeks.
