Banjo Talker
a person with a tw-ngy accent (usually a west virginian) that does not pause between words and sounds like a banjo. a sentence sounds like one word.
big bob is a banjo talker, i can’t understand a single word that he is saying. sounds like he is playing the banjo when he speaks.
