Baraboo Gangster
a white kid who looks like he is in a gang, but isnt. usually wearing a south pole hoodie,a huge white tee shirt that looks like a dress, or a wife beater, and his pants around his ankles, and is usually smoking and threatening to beat you up.
a high concentration of them can be seen at the skatepark in baraboo, wi, hence the name baraboo gangster.
may be seen in groups as large as 7, usually with a girl wearing not too much, and looks like her face got worked over with a shovel, she will probably be smoking too.
see that white guy over there smoking in his south pole uniform? he is probably a baraboo gangster.
