a barf p-ssy is a v-g-n- that emits a smell of vomit and is sometimes accompanied by vomit smelling discharge.
two friends walk into a crowded mall bathroom. one of the girls goes into a stall that has just been used, and smells barf p-ssy. they both leave the bathroom at the same time and this is the conversation that ensues.
girl #1: omg did you smell that?
girl #2 : smell what?
