Barney Complex
the barney complex refers to people who have an undeserved sense of privilege and overly inflated ego and have nothing to back it up. it all goes back to that purple dinosaur we all watched on pbs as kids. everyday he told everyone that you’re special, and that sally was special. and that sam was also special. well kids, lets face it….we’re not all special. get over yourself.
sally is complaining about being under appreciated at work again, i wish she’d get over her barney complex and just do her work.
