someone that is both a batty and a slag, derives from the two words gay and wh-r-. often battyslag’s are found annoying people that are having a good day, questioing their career choices and generally being a pain in the -rs-. to get rid of a battyslag, simply give them a slap as they are extremely sensitive to being touched.
