Bedard
the name given to one who is unable to pull a full bong hit, due to one of the following reasons:-
unable to get a lighter to work
choking
taking a breath before taking last hit.
in some cases, spilling the bong water is also worthy of ‘bedard’ punishment.
you didnt pull it all, bedard!!!
in the state of taking a p–p, or a very large sh-t including diarrhea
