a ben fail, far worse then any type of “fail” or “epic fail”, would be called a ben fail. ben fails occur rarely or commonly depending on how idiotic the person is. the name “ben fail” originates from a disturbed teenager that lives in northern michigan that struggles with… many things. so now he has recognized his failure and now thinks the world shall know.
