an extremely spicy curry (sauce). made with peppers a little bit of pineapple. combined with a large amount of fresh, powdered chillies. with the addition of sambal ( a hot blend of chillies). with a unique mix of secret spices. bentomdom can be eaten on its own with rice. variouse versions of bentomdom can be made i.e a chicken bentomdom, lamb bentomdom ect.
