bicep lock
when you are holding a drink, plate or anything of significance for an extended period of time in a social or business event, a locking feeling around the bicep area occurs; this is bicep lock.
commonly, when bicep lock occurs, one would switch arms to alleviate the pain.
extensive stretching will be required to rid this feeling.
usage:
my left arm is bicep locked because my beer is too full.
i must switch holding my dessert plate from my left hand to the right hand because of bicep lock.
i am stretching my arm because of bicep lock.
