adj: 1. a person who buys something on ebay, then doesn’t have the money to pay for it. hence lying on his bid.
2. a person who buys something on ebay and cancels it last minute, making it so he lied about wanting to buy it.
seller: yes! i finally sold my useless car on the internets!
buyer: -cancels bid
seller: d-mn it! he’s such a bid liar!
