political ideal and social model as expoused by david cameron (current uk prime minister and leader of the con-dem coalition) whereby the public still pay for, but do not recieve public services.

a diversionary political policy conceived by david cameron emphasising civic responsibilities as his con-dem coalition eliminates ent-tlement and services spending in a futile attempt to repay a ballooning national debt acc-mulated recklessly through years of financial mismangement by the labour party and the bailout of criminal ent-ties in the city of london. it’s the inevitable result of a political and economic system seized by the establishment in order to consolidate all remaining wealth into their hands while abandoning the rest of society to subsist in a crumbling post-industrial wasteland on the precipice of economic collapse.
