birthday insomnia
insomnia that occurs the day before your birthday. in the morning before your birthday tomorrow, you start to feel excited on the inside but not on the outside. in the nighttime, when you try to go to sleep you can’t because tomorrow is your birthday and you stay up late that’s where birthday insomnia mainly comes into play.
i can’t sleep.
why?
because tomorrow is my birthday and when i try to go to sleep my body lets me stay up late.
then you must have birthday insomnia.
