an alcoholic c-cktail originated in the bay area. the black superman is a potent drink and only the strong will survive it. bj’s restaurant & brewhouse has perfected this drink. definitely not for the lightweights. after a few of these, you’ll believe you can fly too.
the recipe is as follows:
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz blue curacao liqueur
2 oz sweet and sour mix
2 oz 7-up® soda (optional)
float 1/2 oz chambord
garnish with lemon or maraschino cherry
“bartender, i’ll have a black superman. i plan on going up, up and away tonight.”
