bleat speak
derived from 1337 (leet) speak, and the sound of a sheep (bleat). used in reference to something someone would say in order to fit in with whatever is “cool” in popular culture at the moment. also used in reference to the lingo that sheep of the pop culture crowd would commonly use.
guy #1: what’s up with john tonight? why’s he talking like that?
guy #2: he’s just using bleat speak to hook up with the young chicks.
