someone who is the death of a party of social get together. typically exhibits traits including those of a perriwinkle, p-ss knuckle and f-ck knuckle. the person is generally a black hole that sucks the energy out everyone around them with nonsensical facts that has no basis in reality. they typically talk just to be part of a conversation without adding any value whatsoever. you can spot them by the uncomfortable silence that follows right after they have spoken. a really strong blertus can kill a conversation just by their presence within the general vicinity.
